Rubi's Pizza & Grill

Ordered an Italian sub and a Sicilian pizza. The Italian sub was less than stellar, as they failed adding extra mayo and oil & Vinegar. The Sicilian pizza was absolutely garbage. Here's the good news, it was our first bad visit. The service is frequently cold and unfriendly. I would send this young staff to sensitivity training.

I recently ordered pizzas from Rubi’s while in Steubenville. I thought the pizza was amazing as we got the White Pizza and the Hawaiian Pizza. My kids and I thought everything was perfect from the flavor to the crust, which is really important to them. This is a family run business that seems to have a lot of the family there working in it and is directly across from Best Western Plus Franciscan Square Inn & Suites. Everyone was super friendly and the service was spot on! Will definitely be back when I am in town next.
