Ruby Tuesday

This location has gone down Hill fast. I used to love to go in and get a salad bar or steak today we went in. I got a steak and the steak was fine, but the potato was basically a two bite baked potato. It was the tiniest baked potato I’ve ever seen in my life. We stood there for a good six or seven minutes before anyone even acknowledge that we were there to get a seat and the place was empty.

Delicious! I got the salmon and it was perfectly cooked! I really liked the rice pilaf too! Our waitress was really nice. Bathroom wasn't clean and there was a lot of water on the floor in the men's bathroom.

This was our first order from this location via Uber Eats, and it was very disappointing. The portions were extremely small, and the quality was poor. The kabobs were so charred and tough they were inedible (see pic). The seafood pasta was somewhat acceptable, but the scallops were severely overcooked and chewy. I’ve eaten at Ruby Tuesday many times in the past and have never had an experience like this. This delivery did not meet even basic quality expectations.

Kristie is the best server in the whole place. She is attentive and takes your order personal. If the kitchen gets it wrong, she's going take care of it even before you notice it.

I don't go here b/c my mom used to work here before she died and she actually left out of work and made it to the front of the mall and had a stroke before she died, but me, my sister, and daughter went in here Sunday when they 1st opened and the food and service was amazing. I wish I could have remembered the name of our server b/c she was simply amazing. Very attentive and got everything right. It was worth the visit.
