Ruby Tuesday

Alex was awesome. Welcomed us. Sat us quickly and immediately got our drink orders. He shared specials with us and made recommendations. We will be back because of him. Spoke to Lindsey (manager) and she was outstanding as well !

I had a great experience at Ruby Tuesday! The bartender, Alex, was amazing super friendly, attentive, and made five star drinks. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel welcome. The service was quick, and the atmosphere was relaxed but lively. Definitely coming back! shoutout to Alex for making the visit memorable as I am new to the Dallas area.

My fiancé and I stopped by tonight and the staff was extremely attentive, even though the place was pretty slammed. They made sure we were taken care of the entire time. I especially appreciated that they let me take advantage of happy hour with only about 7 minutes left — that kind of customer service goes a long way. The food was okay, but the service really stood out tonight. Omar made the experience great and deserves a shoutout for how well he handled everything during a busy time. Definitely appreciate the effort

My daughter and I visited this location. We had the rib meal. When I tell you these are the best ribs ever. They fall off the bone. And that hickory bourbon sauce is unbelievable. Our waitress was Courtney she had the best attitude and always made sure we were ok and our drinks were full. Courtney has such a positive attitude she definitely should be in a manager position. She made me want to come back which I have been with other people. Yall definitely have a 💎.

Dana was our server and she did a fabulous job keeping our birthday dinner flowing with drinks and appetizers! We were never left alone too long or felt overwhelmed by her. A perfect balance! Food is always great here and the service is super!
