Ruby Tuesday

Ordered online..curbside pick up.. called the restaurant to notify i was there.. no answer. Went in to pick up. The waiter had stepped away from the desk for a moment (no problem). I was asked my name. I gave my last name.. the waiter asked what i ordered, as I'm repeating my order while the waiter and waitress looked at me strange.. I was asked if the was possibly another name... I gave my first name then I was handed my order... got to my hotel (.02 miles away) the bread stick was cold.. ordered seafood pasta.. shrimp and scallops were good the lobster meat was suspect. There was hardly and sauce in the pasta.. probably won't be returning.

The new salad bar is amazing! General Manager Teasha is doing an amazing job trying to turn this place around! Keep up the great work! Ask for Julie when yall visit, she done an amazing job!

We had three dishes here at Ruby’s, we had the shrimp and the pasta with breadsticks. We also had a cheesecake. On the other note. We also did have some fries. Those were one of the best foods we have had ever in our lives. There were only two servers today and our server did very great today. They were bouncing from tables back-to-back and they were very nice with our order. The order was not messed up at all. So I’m happy that people are taking note and are patient here. It’s very calming environment for the atmosphere. We have TVs by the bar and it is more of a great sound quality. You can hear in the background here, so overall I would write this place. Five stars the only thing I would recommend is for a little bit cleanliness of the restrooms, but overall most restaurants do have a

So many problems, where to start! Checked into the IHG hotel, just 100 yards from this appalling excuse of a restaurant, we thought cool, a RT right next door, always had excellent service, decent food and a cold beer, so that was dinner decided! How wrong can you be! As we walked over to RT’s we remembered a couple of fun times we had at these restaurants and anticipated a similar experience. No one at the greeting station, stand and wait, young lady arrived after a few minutes, table for 2 is all we wanted, we could see at least 7 empty tables, she told, not asked us to wait while she went off and cleaned a table, which we didn’t want to sit there, it was right next to the bathrooms! Of course she seemed upset at us and very annoyed! The table we sat at was even worse! But hey, we needed

That was the worst shrimp scampi I have ever had. It was so dry I couldn't eat the noodles. When confronted the manager took off only 7 dollars off and then ran off when I complained. If this is how this establishment is ran and managed I will never be back. Update me and one of the others that ate there got sick and stayed in the bathroom most of the night. Hope it wasn't food poison from poor food handling practaces.
