Ruby Tuesday

We visited on Friday, January 16th and unfortunately had a very concerning experience. My daughter ordered the plain grilled salmon and it arrived clearly undercooked and raw in the center. We let our server know, and he was excellent—attentive, professional, and doing everything he could to fix the situation. While the salmon was being remade, we could hear the manager speaking to the kitchen, telling them to temp the salmon and asking if they were actually using a thermometer. Despite that, the replacement salmon also came out raw. It was also covered in hickory bourbon sauce even though the original order had been plain. After two failed attempts, the server offered to replace the meal with chicken. What was frustrating was the lack of management involvement. The manager never came

My boyfriend and I came to celebrate our 3 year anniversary and we both loved the atmosphere, our server Amber was awesome and everyone we encountered was polite, friendly and attentive. The chef was on top of their game tonight and everything was cooked to perfection - we couldn’t believe the flavor behind every bite! We will definitely be coming back!

Welcoming staff and wonderful food. Went around 7 pm on a Friday night and they were the busiest I think I've ever seen them. Which is unfortunate because this place is awesome. I overheard some people talking at the bar when they were introducing themselves to others, from all different states. It's nice to see travelers stop here as we're not too far off 295. And I just realized I lost my reciept so I don't have our servers name but he was GREAT! Made us feel like there was no rush for anything, he was helpful with our questions, and came by at just the right times. Refills were on point. ALL the staff was welcoming and nice truthfully! This is how the rice pilaf and steamed broccoli looks. No seasoning was used on the broccoli and they used old broccoli judging from the fact there’s bits of yellow and brown. The rice was overcooked.. Just left in water to turn into mash. Feel like I may end up getting sick from eating the little I did of this..

Salad bar was badly stocked. Bar top wasnt cleaned wiped off and they weren't busy. The Philly cheese steak they gave me was pitiful.
