Ruby Tuesday

This was one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. Let's start with the kids plate was delivered to the table 10 minutes before the rest of the food. The appetizer arrived with the 2 adult plates. The Philly cheese steak with no mushrooms had a 2" hair sticking out of it! We sent it back and almost 20 minutes later it came back and had mushrooms on it. By this time our son had finished his plate 20 minutes ago and was getting restless and we were just frustrated. There were only 4 other people in the restaurant and they were not busy. I had the fish and chips and they tasted frozen. We asked and they removed the cheese steak from the bill and we just left. The server did her best and she was the only positive to the whole experience.

Went there today around 1.. got seated and drinks quickly. She came back to get our order we weren't ready yet so we got an appetizer waited for that then it felt like it took forever to come back and get your food order. The food took for ever to come out. The price i paid for the catfish and shrimp with fries was about 18 dollars not worth it. The food wasn't bad but the amount you got was sad. I got about 6 shrimp and 3 pieces of catfish and about 4 oz of fries it took sad on the plate. We had to find someone to get a Togo box and to get drink refills and the place wasn't the busy about 4 to 5 tables.

All was nice. Quiet. Music was at a good low volume. Tamara was very helpful with describing menu and options. She came many times to ask if all was good and if we needed anything. Food was delicious. I had the destructed cabobs, and side salad. Others had burbon chicken. Thank you so much for treating our family nice!

I had such a lovely time having lunch there with my sister. The Hickory salmon was perfect. The garden bar was so good and the manager Kate came out and asked us how we were doing. I just thought that was so nice because you don’t see the managers come out and talk to you anymore nowadays. She was just so sweet. We will definitely be coming back for our weekly lunch dates.

Enjoyed a wonderful time with my wife, food regularly comes out on time and even if something is wrong it's usually minor and easily fixed! My wife loves her New Orleans seafood paired with a ruby relaxer, and I always stick to my shrimp scampi pasta. Will continue to come here!
