Ruby Tuesday

I work in the food industry and usually keep complaints to myself but this experience was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in my life. Upon walking in the door we weren’t welcomed, no hello by the hosts, no warm greeting, not even a smile. Just “how many?” Had us standing at the door with no communication, a simple “we are getting a table ready for you” would have been more than enough. We made it to table and will note that the dining room was a pleasant atmosphere and was very clean. Our server came by and dryly asked what drinks we wanted and walked away. I wanted to share that we were celebrating someone this evening but we barely got more than 5 words from the guy. Drinks ran empty with our server nowhere in sight, the server didn’t take one single plate or cup off

First time eating here, food was good as well as the service and overall cleanliness of the restaurant. Portion sizes should be bigger those two pieces of chicken are ridiculously small. The menu picture did show they were small to be fair, but they still should be bigger or reduce the price.

Delicious food but portion sizes are way too small. I’m a 6ft tall 150lb guy and I can’t fill my stomach with one dish. But if you prefer good quality food over portion size this is the place to go.

We’re back in less than three months, at the request of my son for the catfish. We were so happy to be sat with Kayla again!!!! She’s the absolute best and saved us from ordering the non happy hour margaritas!!! $3 margaritas, what???? My mom and I ordered the scallops and shrimp. It was so good!!! Ruby Tuesday has completely stepped their game up and I’m a believer again!!!

Cheeseburger and fries very good, fried mushrooms had to much breading, did not care for that as much. Fish and chips also good, service was excellent.
