Ruby Tuesday

Shelly was a wonderful server, friendly and very attentive! The salad bar is always AWESOME and so fresh! Great visit and will be going often, in the future 😃

We had such a great experience at Ruby Tuesday in Lebanon, TN tonight. We came in for dinner a couple days after the snowstorm, and even though the weather clearly kept most people home, the staff went completely above and beyond for us. Some of the servers mentioned they hadn’t even worked in a couple of days because of the storm, but you would’ve never known it—everyone had a positive attitude and welcoming smiles the entire time. We had the endless salad bar and soup, and they made sure everything stayed fully stocked just for us. Our soup was served hot every time, and we never felt like an afterthought even though we were pretty much the only ones there. Our waitress, Shelly, truly made the experience special. Great staff all around. Salad bar alone makes a great meal. On Tuesday they have a double cheeseburger and fries for $6.99. Great price. Also, have the option for a month salad bar pass for $49.99. TVs in the bar to catch a sporting event. Austin does great work behind the bar.

First off, I’m giving it 5 stars because nothing was bad. Food, service, and atmosphere were all good. But just know that the Ruby Tuesday’s grande flare of yesteryear is gone. Don’t go expecting high dining. It’s middle class fancy at best. Once you’ve established it’s a grade below Cheesecake Factory, you can enjoy a good meal for $20 or less. And the salad bar is a great feature that is reasonably priced. The place was clean, it was well staffed, and the food was good. The meat on our kabob dish was very tender. Much more than I expected. It was very flavorful and filling.

Bethany, Matthew, Shamire & Chelsea are amazing. The salad bar us always stocked and clean. The food is delicious and you get a lot of bag for your buck!!! We are regulars after just moving here three months ago.
