Ruby Tuesday

Come in on my lunch break order done shrimp scampi. It was cold. The shrimp was kind of warm and I didn’t have time to order something else. I’ll order a sweet tea as well. They forgot to put sugar in the tea. It wasn’t that many people in there it was like a total of like 10 maybe 15 and they messing up with people like that just imagine if they had a full house. The only thing I ate was the shrimp cause it was warm the sweet tea little beautiful with no sugar and I paid $48 for this meal ridiculous, but my server was nice

The service was okay overall, but there were a few hiccups. Our server seemed hesitant to take my finished plate-even after I asked twice-which felt a bit inattentive. The strawberry lemonade (ordered with no ice) arrived at room temperature, which was disappointing. My deconstructed chicken kebab was decent in flavor, though the dish was crowded with oversized chunks of vegetables and only a small portion of rice tucked underneath. Overall, the experience was fine, but there's definitely room for improvement.

We have not been here in years. We decided to try them out and really enjoyed the food we ordered. The Bourbon glazed Salmon and Creole Tilapia were cooked very well and delicious. The table and window area of our seating was a little dirty. The bathroom had some broken things too. The server was very attentive and friendly. I will definitely try them out again.

My friend and I frequent this establishment and take our time and never feel pressured to leave. our usual server Bridget remembers us and provides us with excellent service. Today our service was assumed by Justin. He took over our service and was a very responsive server. He made sure my friend and I had a ride after seeing several empty glasses on the table. He was very respectful, very courteous and my friend and I enjoyed his attentiveness to service and concern for safety. give this man a raise!

I love Bridget. She along with the other staff is always friendly and a pleasure to talk with. The food is great and prepared in a timely fashion. My favorite is the salad bar. I always get the salad bar it stocked and the ingredients are fresh. I have never had to wait on anything. Very efficient and very clean. I eat out a lot and Ruby Tuesday is my favorite by far !!!
