Ruby Tuesday

I have to say I'm very disappointed in this place. My mother, my son and I came here to get a nice meal and we're very disappointed. The place was empty except for maybe a couple people. The wait time was ridiculous. The chicken was dry, the shrimp was overcooked, the fish was subpar and the zucchini was overly salted. My mom and I finally got a refill just before we finished our food. My mom had only gotten three pieces of shrimp with her tilapia. It's was very cold in there. You would think spending $100 at a place like this you would expect to have very good food, but that just was not the case here. I'm not sure if it's just this location or if they're all like this but this is one place we won't be coming back to. It's no wonder this place is always empty.

The waitress Ophelia was amazing. She greeted the table with a smile and was polite the entire time. She made sure that we did not want or need anything while seated in her section. She was able to tell me what on the menu was good and fit within my diet. She also let me know what drinks on the menu were good that the bartender makes. The food and drinks were good. I ordered a salad and had a drink from the bar that tasted good - not too strong and not too weak. Overall good experience.

Absolutely outstanding dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and beautifully designed. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations. Every dish we ordered was perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. The ingredients tasted fresh and high-quality, and the presentation was stunning. You can truly tell the chefs take pride in their craft. The desserts were the perfect ending—decadent and unforgettable! Service was prompt without feeling rushed, and the entire experience felt both relaxed and luxurious. The worst, overcooked, dried baby back ribs today Oct 31. We didn't send them back. We got through half of them because we were starving. Server was great. Food not so much. We aren't coming back.

Keara was an absolute delight. She’s an incredibly hardworking individual who seamlessly transitioned between bartending, hosting, and waiting tables. Her pleasant personality created a welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant. I had the pleasure of meeting all the employees, and they were all fantastic. However, I kindly suggest that you consider hiring more staff to avoid losing your talented employees. In today’s competitive market, providing exceptional customer service is a rare gem.
