Ruby Tuesday

Honestly the food was terrible. We had driven 10 hours and this was a stop for dinner before we checked into our hotel. We were very hungry and I could not even eat my meal. There were four of us and we all were extremely disappointed. And the place is absolutely filthy! I asked to speak with a manager and sat down with her to explain how dissatisfied we were. She said she was going to get the general manager and would be right back. I sat for 20 minutes and no one ever came back. I would not recommend eating here. If I had to think of one good thing I don't think I can. The spinach dip was terrible! I told the manager that I talked with that it tasted like it came out of a jar. She actually said to me it comes out of a bag. Which is even worse! I wrote to the company and never heard back.

I’m not sure why I expected today to be any different. This is the potato and gluten-free bun burger that was served to me. While I understand that gluten-free buns often crumble more easily, this one was hard as a brick, and the potato tasted as if it had been prepared much earlier in the day. Since it was a to-go order, I didn’t have the time or energy to return to the store. I have no more words. Well at least The burger patty was decent.

I ordered to-go about an hour before I went. I set the time and got there about 5 minutes before the order was to be ready. I waited 20 minutes to get my order. I was not impressed with the wait time BUT the server was nice and kept letting me know the order would be up soon. When the order came up it was hot and correct. The taste was good. I ordered the Burbon Glazed Salmon dinner and will order it again. Overall satisfied.

Insanely slow service. The host was less than professional or attentive. Waitress was slow to bring out food & did not initially bring silverware, then carried out a bundle in her armpit. Not sanitary. Table was visibly dirty. The restaurant was not even at 1/3 capacity. Do better.

Elizabeth was our server and she was great! She brought me the most amazing top shelf margarita. Then she delivered my delicious smash burger and fries. Yum!
