Ruby Tuesday

Our waitress today was Kayla P. She took great care of us. There wasn't a moment we went without anything. As busy as she was she still got everything out without a wait. We greatly appreciate your service. As well as the cooks and the people behind the scenes. The man filling the salad bar and everyone doing their job. Wonderful visit. Thank you and God bless

Bella was an amazing server. Always there when we needed, but did not hover. She was great. Our cook was Ryan. All three of our dishes were cooked to perfection. I got the New Orleans Seafood. The fish and shrimp was fully cooked, and not over done. The rice was light and fluffy. Same for the asiago chicken and bacon. We also got the triple play. Again fried to perfection. And the ribs were just about fall off the bone. I truly do not know why more people eat here. It is always so good.

My friend and I had Sarah P as our waitress. She was absolutely fantastic! One of, if not the best waitress I've ever had. She was funny, attentive, courteous, and kind. She alone made our experience go above and beyond. The food was good (I didn't get to eat due to an asthma attack but my friend said his was really good). The atmosphere was pretty good considering it was a Friday and it was on the busy side. If you come here, ask for Sarah and enjoy the food!

Id like to tell you the food was great. It was sub-par. I had fish and chips. Seemed like it came from a box. Fried too much and completely tasteless except for the taste of grease. My boyfriend had the New Orleans Seafood dish. Too much Paprika and not enough sauce on top. My fave side that goes with this dish is the grilled zucchini. This wasn't great either. Tasteless. The last thing is cleanliness. I know its an old building but the tables just look dirty and it looks as if they haven't washed windows in a long time. I dont like to give negative reviews but this location needs a cleaning, upgrade and a better cook. This was around 2ish in the afternoon on March 5, 2026.

Went to pick up my order from Ruby Tuesday's on Cortez boulevard in Spring Hill, Florida. Call the number in spot number one when I arrived. Bring your wings right out. Set in my truck for 20 minutes. Called again. Took them 10 additional minutes to bring my food. which was a total of 30 minutes of sitting in my car. She told me they ran out of chicken wings. That is ridiculous! That is so unfair. They need to get it together. Oh and by the way, when you do get your food you get a spoonful of food. They're so stingy and tight with the food and when the manager did come out to my truck she had an attitude. With that short hair, she shorr, and the attitude is short. Short, Short and short! Get it together. Ruby Tuesdays!
