First off, I live in California and had a great experience some years ago with the only Ruby Tuesday (RT)-now closed, so I thought I would take my daughter (never visited any RT) after we unloaded the moving van stuff in her new home. Entering facility, we were greeted by a very friendly host, Jayson, seated us and took our drink order. His professionalism and excellent customer service was over and beyond throughout our entire dinner! As for the food, I ordered the 16 oz t-bone cooked rare-medium rare and my daughter ordered the bourbon pork chop. My t-bone came to me medium at best. I returned it to reorder the Triple Play. The ribs were way over parboiled, over cooked and BBQ glaze just didn't add any flavor to enhance meat. The pork was dry with the sauce covering to try and add moist
Sat down, waitress was inattentive and rushed us through ordering our drinks and food, and also did not write down our order which is also a recipe for disaster. When the drinks came they were the teas with berries in them and were not good. They were also unsweetened. When our food did finally drive (after around 10 minutes of waiting) I was missing a patty off my double cheeseburger that I had ordered. While I waited for the waitress to come back so I could let them know of the mistake, I had all of my fries, which tasted undercooked and under seasoned. When she finally came back, I informed her that I was missing a patty like I had ordered. She told me the cooks would work on another patty and bring it out to me. Why… would you make another patty? We had an absolutely fantastic experience tonight, and I felt compelled to leave a review because everything went perfectly when it really mattered. We were on a serious time crunch trying to enjoy dinner before picking up our daughter, and from the moment we walked in, the staff worked together flawlessly. The hostess, Cindy, immediately stepped in to help by taking our order and communicating it to the manager, Jeanee, who quickly got everything entered and coordinated with our waitress, Summer. Summer brought our drinks right away, delivered our meals promptly, and had the check ready so we could stay on schedule. Despite the rush, nothing felt rushed. I came to Ruby Tuesday for the first time ever only because I had received some coupons in my mailbox. I attempted to use one coupon on the app and website and it did not work. So I called the restaurant and placed an order through the phone. The person I spoke to was accommodating and understood that I wanted to use my coupon. I had requested for a pickup at a later time, about two hours from when I called. I arrived at the restaurant at the time I scheduled the pickup and asked the bartender who appeared to be the only service member accommodating online orders. This person was cold to me and my request for an order status. I waited for an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes for an order I placed hours ago. OMG ! I have been dining everywhere I go for a vacation ! But this place tops as the worse ! The sticky ribs taste like your eating a charcoal ! The wings is the size of a bird wings and taste so horrible! My sister in law ordered a specific chicken sandwich , no Mayo , it came with a Mayo and when she had it returned, in a second they bring in another one so , we are thinking , they must just wiped out the mayo and put up a new top bun 😁she didn’t eat it cause the chicken breast she mark them with a pinch to make sure and exactly the same chicken breast , although she didn’t eat it we still have to pay for it .. The salad bar, all of the serving tongs and spoons is super dirty. I am from Seattle Washington , and this will add in NO … DO NOT GO BACK
