Ruby Tuesday

The food was good — just your typical Ruby Tuesday fare. Perfect for a quick “just got into town and I’m hungry” kind of meal. Nothing particularly special, just basic, dependable dishes. The atmosphere felt a bit worn and not very well maintained — the property could definitely use some updates and improvement. That said, our server Jason was extremely friendly and attentive — he absolutely earns 5 stars for his customer service. Overall: average food, okay atmosphere, but great service.

Brain served me at the bar for a to go order and he was absolutely amazing. The drink I've ordered while I waited on my order was so delicious. It was a nice and clean atmosphere and everyone was so friendly. My experience was a 10 out of 10.

We enjoyed lunch here recently. We were greeted by Aaliyah and seated promptly. Jason was our server and he was very attentive. Actually, all of the employees were very nice and appeared to be very good at their positions. So much so, that I told the shift manager about them. We had been here a few times since we’ve lived in Suffolk. The food and service have gotten better in recent years. Happy about that. Hubby liked his fried catfish with shrimp. I had the salad bar which is always good.

Had dinner with my husband on Sunday and the place wasn’t packed with people so we were seated and waited on almost immediately. Our waiter was friendly and attentive and our drinks and food came out fast. However the salad bar was mediocre and lacked fresh toppings, our ribeyes were over cooked and the chips that came with the spinach artichoke dip were stale 😕 so overall an ok experience but not good enough for us to return.
