Ruby Tuesday

My server was Zaira and she was awesome! She was warm and friendly and had an upbeat demeanor. She recommended a few drinks to me and I went with the Mai tai. Delicious! Her service and attention was impeccable! My only complaint is the old furniture. I wish they had new tables and seats.

Got me a smash burger and it was on par with a McDonald’s cheeseburger. When she brought it out I thought I ordered off the kids menu. If it wasn’t a Monday special that came with a salad bar I would have been pretty upset about the situation.

This is my second time traveling through Waycross and stopping at this location for lunch. I’ve been thinking about that salad bar since the first time I came through. We had the same server both times and I wish I would have caught her name. She was friendly and attentive to any need we had checking on us regularly. My daughter and I both had the salad bar and a burger. Everything was fresh, fast, and tasted great!

Ruby Tuesday in Waycross Ga, should really consider closing the doors. The restaurant itself just looks and feels dirty. Everything is sticky, carpet is beyond filthy. The salad bar is an embarrassment to the name. Old salad to say the least. The staff is shorthanded and does not care to serve the paying customers. The food was well below average and my fish was extremely greasy. Need new management to say the least. Update the restaurant or close the doors. It’s pitiful.

I went in for lunch by myself on crutches. my server was an absolute sweetheart. I wanted a salad with m meal and being on crutches couldn't go to the salad bar. she had me write down what I wanted on my salad and made it for me. my steak was delicious. my server was wonderful. when I come back to Waycross I will definitely dine here again.
