The complimentary hush puppies were a nice touch. The gumbo was full of shrimp and crab which were not over cooked. The gumbo had a perfect texture and season to it. Not powdery roux etc. I will go back for sure! Great atmosphere!!

We tried the crab claws, Duked up oysters, and a seafood platter, and every dish was cooked perfectly with fantastic seasoning. The staff was attentive, keeping everyone in the bar area well taken care of with both orders and drinks. A truly enjoyable dining experience!

A friend and I stopped in and sat at the bar for drinks and appetizers. They had my friend's favorite beer, which was exciting for her. I had the blackberry cocktail (can't remember the exact name), but it was very yummy, in spite of the fact that it isn't something I'd typically order. We ordered four appetizers... the blackened alligator bites, crab cake, fried mushrooms, and pepper jack shrimp. Of the four appetizers, my faves were the alligator bites and fried mushrooms. I would go back to try entrée bc the servers were friendly and helpful and the service was good.

We didn't have to wait too long for a table. Service was great. Blackened Oysters were excellent as were the raw oysters. I wish there was a wider selection of fish on the menu. The baked potatoes were really good and the asparagus was ok. The country fried chicken was fair as was the baked chicken. Bathrooms were clean and the drinks were good as well. We will be back.

Rudys is always top tier food and service. The crawfish ravioli is amazing! Please never take this off the menu!
