Rush Bowls

Did an online order today around 11:30 and all of our bowls were underfilled. The smoothie was barely blended together with fruit chunks still in there. The girl working was blonde and seemed like she didn’t care at all. Usually it’s been good at this location, but this was awful.

The young guy working alone was very slow, taking at least 20 minutes to get us 2 smoothies. There were 18 customers in the store if you include us 2 and others that also ended up coming in. Don’t call a Sunday afternoon the off season. You need to hire more people. With these kind of crowds you can afford it on the weekends. Another flaw on management would be the training and expectations of employees. The young guy working alone was in sandals and had AirPods in his ears. Not sure if that contributed to his moving very slow but anyone who has worked in service knows there’s a flow to these things. It’s necessary to be able to serve at volume. Overall very disappointed in this location. The smoothies lacked real flavor on top of all of this. I’ve only had great experiences at other Ru

YUM YUM! I’m so glad I stopped in. I had the Super Protein bowl (normally a smoothie) traded out Chocolate Whey for Vanilla. Gluten free granola and unsweetened almond milk. It was so nice to have all of my requests answered with a yes! The staff was very nice and I love the music. The seating is very comfortable. I would call the vibe cozy, and the food is priced great too! I will definitely be back!

My mom and I went here on Christmas Eve. This place is by a HUGE mega church with at least 4 services that day. They had ONE worker working. ONE on Christmas Eve. The girl who was working was only 16!!!!! She was having a panic attack behind the counter. Management you need to seriously tweak how you are treating your (TEENAGE) workers. I’ve seen other comments complaining it took too long because there was only ONE TEENAGE EMPLOYEE working. The real complaint should be that a corporation is relying on ONE TEENAGER A DAY to carry their company. This is a restaurant on a busy street right next to a huge church and shops. Do. Better. I hope that poor girl was able to quit.

Yum! Picking up a smoothie bowl from here after my coaching job has been apart of my new routine. I try a new bowl every time and I am so obsessed. The blue spirilina is truthfully delicious
