Russo's New York Pizzeria & Italian Kitchen | South Padre Island

Russo’s Pizzeria has the best gluten-free pizza on the island—hands down. The gluten-free crust was fantastic (not dry or crumbly), and it’s clear they put real care into their food. My husband ordered a regular pizza and absolutely loved it too, which says a lot when both GF and non-GF diners leave happy. Our server, Russell, was friendly, helpful, and attentive, making the experience even better. And the bellinis were amazing—perfectly made and such a nice bonus. Great food, great drinks, great service. We would 100% come back and highly recommend it, especially if you’re gluten-free and tired of settling.

Love this place, the service is quick and the food quality is amazing. Affordable prices for really big portions of food. Manager was so sweet, she let my daughter take home a coloring book and colors. Always go visit when I’m at the island.

REALLY good and fresh food with AMAZING service by Pedro! We really enjoyed everything we ordered—the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and every dish was spot on. The service stood out the most: everyone was friendly, attentive, and always served with a genuine smile. It made the whole experience even better. From the welcoming atmosphere to returning back that same evening hours later just for dessert… Russo’s food was amazing and the staff was insanely sweet & professional. Ladies and gentlemen pls don’t sleep on this great restaurant! We were about to choose another but I’m so darn glad we didn’t !!! The meatballs were delicious. The pizza was amazing! If you’re a dessert person .. omg it’s a must. We were tooo stuffed to enjoy dessert so we ended up going hours after to enjoy some.

Dominic was an awesome server and the food was super fresh!!! Our experience was so good, we're coming back and telling our friends!!
