Waited well over an hour for a birth certificate. Absolutely ridiculous. Just order online and don’t waste your time.

i have called over 15 times just now to set up my wic appointment & all yall do is hang up on me or put in that the line is busy . very unprofessional .

The worst place, the unprofessional front desk and rude, it was just me today with my family no body else I waited to 40 minutes to go in (the staff inside was friendly and nice) After I finished I tried to make birth certificate for my son it was also just me no people in the waiting room They till me it takes a few minutes I waited so long And I asked they said you have to wait more! It was just me This place was really terrible & unprofessional and so rude I never ever be there again My kids was crying for this long waiting Very bad very bad

I had one of your caseworkers call me and go over a test result that I had done at Vanderbilt. The test result that they were referring to was not even the case. Vanderbilt had not contacted me on the supposed result and your employee was making negative remarks against my doctor in a file. I contacted my doctor about the phone call that I had received and Got clarification about the results. Your clinic doesn’t know what they’re talking about because what your clinic was stating was completely false. Now your clinic has made negative marks against Vanderbilt and my doctor in a file which should’ve never had taken place. also, your employees need to be trained on how to properly handle phone calls like this matter. I went there for our baby's 2 month old shots.All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Eventhough we arrived 15 minutes late, they didn't ask us to reschedule. They even carried the stroller for me to the nursing room since I was holding my crying baby after she got the vaccine.
