Rutherford Grill

Made a reservation for midday on a Saturday afternoon about a week in advance. Upon arrival, there were several parties on the wait list that did not make reservations. We were told we would be sat in about 5 minutes for a 1pm reservation, which turned out to be 7 minutes. We were totally fine with that. There were two hosts that kept their cool with guests with entitled attitudes. One wait list guest that was waiting asked for a manager, and they likewise kept their cool a the guest complained that they were never officially put on the wait. No judgement to the aforementioned guest, but after a morning tasting or two, the location is appropriate for a last side last-minute stop before continuing with a Napa wine weekend. Came by for a late lunch before wine tasting and I was impressed by the food. Their burger is decent, rotisserie chicken was delicious and the fire roasted artichoke was flavorful. Our meal was delicious with great vibes and friendly staff. See you next time Rutherford grill.

Was looking forward to the artichokes, everyone says they are delicious...they are seasonal so I wasn't able to try it, i will need to come for another visit. Service was good and food was delicious. We made reservations for and needed 2 tables to accommodate 8 people. Overall it was a good experience.

We come to this place frequently and have nailed down the best things on the menu! The service is always fast and friendly and top notch. We always order the Cesar Salad, grilled artichoke, and corn bread bites for starters. The Cesar salad has a dressing on it unlike any Cesar dressing I’ve tasted before. It seems to have a hint of mustard but is definitely not overpowering. The grilled artichoke has a wood burned smoky taste that’s really amazing. And the cornbread bites are sweet and buttery. My wife orders the French dip and I order the baby back ribs. We’ve been coming here for 20 years and we think these two things are the best items on the menu. The French dip is flavorful and extremely tender. It melts in your mouth and my wife says it’s the best French dip she’s ever had and she’
