Ruth's Chris Steak House

My husband made reservations for Valentine’s Day. It was our first time at Ruth’s Chris. I don’t know if maybe we’re just bougie people when it comes to steaks since we go to a lot of steak houses but we were not so impressed with the steak. The lobster was pretty good! The lobster Mac and cheese was good also. The chocolate lava cake was yummy. But honestly for the price we were expecting a lot more.

This place is phenomenal! From the service, to the food. It was delicious, top notch service, top quality food! Our server Jill was just a sweet little lady. She kept the vibe going, telling us her suggestions as first time guests. Including the lady manager, not sure of her name but she always checked in asking how everything was. The bill was pricy but so worth it

Me and my Husband came from my 40th Birthday and the experience and food and service was amazing. The hostess I don’t remember her name but she wore red glasses set the tone she made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I love her kindness and she was so genuine and sweet. Our waitress Alaina she was exceptional from the time we sat down. The food was amazing. My husband the 40oz steak and he loved it.The steak was nice and tender and juicy the side dishes was also amazing.My overall experience was amazing for it to be my first time at the restaurant. 10/10 would recommend

Came for my birthday with my lady and we both really loved the steaks. Definitely great quality, perfectly cooked, and great service! Will return in the future!

Judy our waitress is the epitome of great customer service. She is the bar by which I'll judge all waitstaff from now on. We went in for the Happy Hour and Judy made sure we were absolutely happy with all of choices, offering suggestions as if she herself made the food. She even suggested a mocktail for our underage party member that was so delicious that the rest of the party decided to order the same. Food, incredible, calamari perfection, crispy and not overdone, shrimp had just the right amount of heat. My burger had a fantastic char, fries crispy. The others at my table had steak skewer salad, which came with tender pieces of sirloin on 2 skewers and another skewer of grilled mushrooms. Greens were perfectly dressed, fresh and vibrant.
