Ryder's Wings & Things

Friendly service, but we struggled with what to order since the prices are not on the menu boards. There is a bit of a language barrier, and prices have increased since the last menu was updated on Google, so we opted for "safe" orders of sandwiches and fries instead of risking miscommunication. My friend and I each enjoyed a $12 margarita as we waited for our sandwiches at one of the outdoor tables. Our meals arrived in a timely manner (approx $15 each) and were very fresh with piping hot fries. My grilled chicken sandwich was delicious and my friend said the same about the steak sandwich. Neither of us loved the slaw, but we did like the special sauce that accompanied our sandwiches.

I placed an order for pickup online and arrived 15 mins later. The girl at the counter was clueless to what I was talking about. She then pulled a receipt off the register and said 10 mins. I sat down and waited for 30 mins before it was ready and 45 mins after I placed the order.

Ordered chicken nachos, fish tacos and steak enchiladas. Chicken nachos were missing the beans and sour cream. Steak enchiladas were chicken and the fish tacos were grey and rubbery.

I ordered dinner and realized I forgot to ask about allergens. I have a severe allergy. They couldn’t answer basic questions about nut allergies! I was passed to multiple individuals and after 15 minutes I gave up! I tried to cancel and they said I had to go through grub hub but grub hub had me call them again. They said they would cancel but wouldn’t provide proof!!! I hope I’m not charged. What a joke.

Service wasn’t great. We asked to get a table cleaned up the did not clean it, so I had to ask them for a wet towel to clean the table. Food wasn’t at its best how it was before. I ordered some fried calamari and they weren’t fried, they were more soft than crispy and had no taste. Also ordered other meal but weren’t convincing. They need new workers, workers that want to show off the food and would want a clean place and serve good meal to bring their families there.
