Our server was knowledgeable and kind helping us navigate our choices with ease and passion. Our brunch was lovely and we ate every morsel on the plates. The Ceasar salad was a hit the tuna tostada was phenomenal with firm cubes of delightfully fresh sushi grade tuna and the perfect finish of textural crunch from the Tostada. Flavors galore. We especially loved the Japanese Pancake and the homemade cinnamon pop tart which was the perfect finish with our coffee.

Fantastic meal. Every dish we had was top of the line and we had a group of 9 so we had quite a bit. All the starters were amazing including the milk bread and the fried chicken. The ramens were flavorful but the highlight was the cod and the ribeye. Both cooked to perfection and the accompaniments were amazing for both - Japanese sweet potatoes for the steak and the sticky rice at the bottom of the cod dish was a nice touch. Ube ice cream to top it off was the right call. Service was fantastic as well. They deserve their high rating!

We went for Valentine's Day and it was a great time. The food was delicious and each of the courses came out at a steady pace. The only thing was that whole everything was good, there wasn't anything that blew the house down( outside of the cute desert design). However, that is not a bad problem to have. This made me excited to try their regular menu some time. Parking is always a problem when heading down to the beach, so make sure to give yourself extra time! The garage across the street was under construction and had limited spots so plan accordingly.

I often travel to Los Angeles on business and always try a different restaurant. This time decided to try RYLA. We ordered Spicy tuna roll, blue crab California roll, and hot chicken karaage. Chicken Karaage was very tender and came a white sauce. Both sushi rolls were also great. We could have used a little more wasabi though. Service was also great. Hosts were courteous and attentive.

We had an amazing experience celebrating my birthday here! Our server was outstanding, attentive, thoughtful, and with an impressive attention to detail. The food was excellent, especially the yellowtail and uni nigiri as well as the truffle fried rice, which I highly recommend. The personal touch of a handwritten birthday card made the evening even more special. This is a perfect spot for date nights or any special occasion. Kudos to the entire staff for making our family’s birthday dinner truly memorable. Thank you!
