Took my taxes in April 15. They said they would file extension. When I hadn’t heard from them after extended time I called office and messages and no one called back. I called until person answered and they said all was good, extension was filed and they would notify me when taxes complete and said I am not in a hurry just want to make sure extension was filed and they get them complete. I called a few more times to check and they still said okay. Finally , in Oct I called and she couldn’t find my taxes, said she called employee Amber but she had fired her so didn’t think she would hear from her. She finally located them but unbeknownst to me (and apparently owner ) the extension was only good to Oct 15. Now I am being charged penalty’s and interest and owner blamed me. She kept say

This company went above what I was expecting for my business so I hired her to do my personal taxes , than both my parents and kids also switched to her last year , this year several of my friends have asked who I’m using and I let them know is about Stephine so here’s to another great year with your company

Didn’t do any service with them but they were driving behind me for over twenty miles about two inches away from my bumper the WHOLE time. Didn’t matter if I was going fifteen over or going the speed limit but for some reason couldn’t muster up the guts to pass me ever? Maybe next time before you drive like an a hole remember you have your company being advertised on your vehicle, it doesn’t look good or just don’t drive like that in a car advertising your business. It’s not friendly to put others lives in danger because you don’t know how to drive correctly. I had hired this company in 2023, and apparently they’re only good at sending me completely inaccurate tax filings , (which had food smeared all of over every single one) and they only sent me documents three times before they just stopped replying to me. Then the freaking IRS sent me a notice for $294,733.52! They didn’t do anything they said they did, every time I go to the office they lock the doors and run to the back. She completely screwed me and my business.
