Sable Coffee

I was on a road trip in July stopped by for some coffee!! Glad this shop is here!! so thank you!! I didn't get any food treats. Early morning is best, very quiet. thanks for being here!

I don’t know what it is about this place sometimes it’s really good and sometimes it’s not, and I don’t think the baristas have a care in the world about time, I have waited 15 minutes for 1 drink and I have sat there and watched them just talk away while attempting to make drinks, they have gotten my order wrong twice and sometimes mix orders up. It’s just chaotic!

The cream puff was not good. Not terrible. Not good. It is baked in a muffin tin, so all the best parts of the cream puff pastry are ruined, making it more like a bread lump on bottom. You can see in the picture it looks more like a muffin, and the cream is melted like they microwaved it, and the cream is forced to the top because of the terrible baking process. In addition, the middle was still frozen. I tried to order a Carmel roll on two different occasions, maybe 5 days apart. Sold out both occasions. The first time they let me pay without checking. The huckleberry roll was very good. In stark contrast to the cream puff. The scone was very soft. It wasn't bad, but it did not have the fullness I am used to in a scone.

We tried their cardamom roll and white huckleberry mocha! Loved their mocha, it was super delicious! Perfect sweetness. It’s a good spot to chill or have work from cafe kinda a day. Staff is very friendly and the service is pretty quick! 10/10 recommend:)

Love this place! I was here everyday when I was vacationing in Kalispell. They have a variety of different drink options here. You can't go wrong. There is ample indoor and outdoor seating. Great for visting, working, or just hanging out with friends. It is aldo very familt friendly and they have high chairs. They also have baked goods, snacks, and gluten free options. They also have dairy free milks alternatives. On the go? They have a drive thru. The atompsere is cozy and the staff is top notch.
