Sabo West Indian and Chinese Restaraunt

My first time try this place , I know it fairly new store . So I order a chicken fry rice and pepper shrimp fry rice. I placed my order over the phone and it was ready I In 10 min. This store wasn't busy. I really enjoyed their pepper shrimp.fry rice . Shrimp tasted fresh and the rice was nice and light And not heavy with oil ,Same with the fry. chicken.

I was referred to this spot by a friend, and I’m so glad I gave it a try! This was my first time tasting Guyanese Chinese cuisine, and it definitely did not disappoint. Chicken Fried Rice – 5/5! The standout for me was how they fried the chicken separately and then added it to the fried rice. It felt fresher and crispier compared to the usual one-pot fried rice. Absolutely loved it. Shrimp Chow Mein – The flavor here was unique, unlike anything I’ve had before. It had a richness that really grew on me the more I ate it. Very delicious and satisfying. But the real star of the meal was the Dhal with Roti. I’ve never had it quite like this before, and it was easily my favorite dish of the night. I tried Sabo West Indian & Chinese Cuisine and honestly it was such a good experience. The service was really friendly, the lady there was so nice and sweet, it just made the whole place feel welcoming. What surprised me the most was how fast the food came out. I barely had time to sit and relax before my order was ready. I got the chicken fried rice and it was so good. The flavor was on point, the portion was big, and everything tasted fresh. It was one of those meals that hits the spot so perfectly that when you’re done, you just want to go home and take a nap. No joke as soon as I finished eating, I felt so full and satisfied I was ready to fall asleep. Overall, great food, quick service, and really kind staff. I’m definitely going back again.

I stopped today on my lunch break, I was feeling for trini Chinese food, they’re actually Guyanese which the kind lady at the register informed me but I didn’t care, the food looked amazing. Let me tell you that Chinese style chicken and lo mein is the best I’ve had in years from any Caribbean restaurant. I’ll definitely be going back. The food is 10/10 and the service was great, friendly and welcoming, I also got some Milo cookies and a sorrel that was so tasty too. My new go to for Caribbean food, can’t wait to try more of their stuff.

These Summer days are tooo Hot , and so I don't wanna face the Heat ....so I headed up the road after speaking with a friend.....I wanted Roast Pork Fried Rice . So I called prior and made my Order .It was all that I expected ....and for the Chinese cuisine it seems like they are killing it !!!! We needed this in this Area HOLLIS , Cause it was lacking good Indian / Chinese Guyanese food ....BREAKFAST , LUNCH & Dinner ....I'm thinking about some again within the week !!!! 🤪🤪🤪🥰🥰🥰🤞🤞🤞
