True Venezuelan cuisine and culture. Excellent taste- very authentic South American seasoning, presentation, plate options. Venezuelan style selection of beef, chicken, and pork as the mainstay with a couple of basic but really flavorful sides that complement. It puts you in the same nice resturant that you would go into in Maracaibo or the surrounding countrysides in my experience. Note: the culture is tranquil at meal time- ‘relax a minute while you enjoy a meal’. If you need to rush in and out, I’d recommend letting them know when you walk in.
