The lady working today, October 2, 2025, at around 5 pm, informed me that the empanadas would be delayed by approximately 10 minutes. However, she did not ask whether I wanted to wait inside the restaurant or take the empanadas to go, nor did she offer me a seat to wait comfortably. After about 15 minutes, I approached her to inquire about the status of the empanadas. She responded that she would ask the kitchen. When the empanadas were finally ready, she placed them in a paper bag without offering me the option to stay and wait, which ended up being about 25 minutes after my initial inquiry. Upon entering my vehicle later, I noticed that the Sprite can I received was damaged, with visible dents and leakage. The empanadas themselves were fairly good in taste, but the overall service inside
Fantastic bakery and pastry!! Coffee and juices are so much!! Love their Columbia platter especially chicharron. Service is superb too. I highly recommend.
So disappointing and disrespectful!I I was excited to try this restaurant, since I'm colombian and live relatively close, I'm sick in bed so ordered a delivery through GH, and they just canceled it AFTER 1H 35MIN of waiting!! If you're unable to make the order just cancel it earlier so your costumers and POTENTIAL NEW COSTUMERS can find alternatives, don't make them wait all that time and deliver nothing.
Very cute and authentic Colombian food! Loved Carolina and Paula’s service. I always come here when I miss home 🇨🇴😍😊
Stopped by this morning—brand new, just opened yesterday! There is a wide selection of sweet and savory Columbian breads, as well as several kinds of chorizo and ready to eat potatoes. I got a pan de jamón y queso, which to my surprise had pineapple jam inside! It was a whole meal for $2.55 and absolutely delicious. I also got one of the large chorizos and a potato—you have to try both! The chorizo had that perfect snap, and was very flavorful without being at all greasy. And the potato! I haven’t had a potato that creamy and perfect since living in Ecuador. It came with a very spicy salsa (careful if you’re big on spice!) that was a phenomenal complement to the richness of the potato and the chorizo. The staff is so friendly, as well! Most of Ecuadorian bakeries around are cash/Zelle only
