SackO Subs 55th Street

This place is gross. Our "Chicken Cheesesteak" was laterally chicken tenders on a roll, no cheese. The cheesesteak was a few ounces of steak-ums grade beef on an anemic roll. I've gotten more meat on a Wawa hotdog order. The fries were soggy, but my kids liked them. $60+ for two heinous "steaks" and some limpy fries. Service seemed fine and polite. Can't comment on atmosphere, we grabbed it to go. Then we went home and realized the slop we got. Would not recommend this cafeteria food to a starving dog. I get back to Jersey once a year and look forward to the food. This sucked.

Love their subs and their Pizza. All their food is great. Easily accessible and the wait is never too long. Since the review questionnaire asked, there's no dining service. There are tables available outside. It's all window service. Highly recommend.

Im confused on the lower star reviews. We've been ordering for years and the food is home made and delicious. The meatball sandwiches are great. Pizza spot on. My wife has gotten the pasta dishes which were perfect. I have to say job well done.

Perfect place to grab an easy weeknight dinner with the family on vacation. The thin crust pepperoni pizza was delicious! The subs were good. My sister also enjoyed their salads.

Worst hot sausage I ever experienced. First problem was they wrapped it in paper and all of the cheese stuck to the paper and pulled it all off the sandwich. Then there was no onions, no peppers, no sauce. The meat looked like hamburger and had absolutely no spice or hot sausage flavor. Really terrible sandwich and I would not recommend it for anyone . I will say that there cold subs are very good, but the hot sausage not so much.
