We recently celebrated our daughter’s BD at Sadaf restaurant in Thousand Oaks. We were warmly greeted by the hostess upon entering the restaurant and escorted to our reserved table. The hostess was sensitive enough to ask whether we were comfortable with the location of the table. Shortly thereafter, we were greeted by our server who introduced herself as Leyla (not sure of the spelling). The restaurant has a spacious feeling with plenty of room between the dining tables. The decorations and the lighting created sense of calm and comfort. The food was fresh and quite tasty with an appealing presentation. First of all our server, Yesenia, was amazing. Always smiling & very attentive. We are new to this restaurant & have been back several times. The food is amazing! The salmon kabob is our favorite. Everything is delish! You won't be disappointed. They just added a room for private parties.

Simply the best and most authentic middle eastern food option. Amazing grape leaves, kabobs and combination platters. I love the lentil soup. The staff treats you like family.

We used to live in Westlake Village and regularly dined at Sadaf Restaurant. Even after moving to Oxnard, we still drive back to Westlake just to enjoy Persian food at Sadaf. The ambiance is lovely and very peaceful, and the food is always wonderful. My son absolutely loves it here, and so do I. The meats are tender, perfectly marinated, and full of flavor. The servers are very polite and professional, especially a young, beautiful lady named Moha. She usually serves our table, and she is always kind and attentive, she even knows our usual order. My son always gets the chicken or beef kabob, and I like to try different dishes each time. Sadaf Restaurant is a fantastic spot for anyone craving authentic Persian cuisine in a refined setting. The Koobideh was juicy and flavorful, the rice was perfectly fluffy, and the grilled vegetables were delicious. The atmosphere is elegant yet cozy, and the staff is attentive and welcoming. Their selection of cocktails is also a nice touch, making it great for both casual dinners and special occasions. Highly recommended!
