My company hired Mr. Kirk Gibb for the last two years to complete a balance sheet review. Upon completion, each year, Kirk Gibbs had poor communication. In the previous review he did, the balance sheet was off by over $100k. My company corrected the discrepancy & he reapproved it. Mr. Gibbs would provide the Balance Sheet review only a day or two before its deadline, leaving us with grave concerns about a timely completion. Mr. Gibbs stated he was unwilling to complete the balance sheet review this year. Mr. Gibbs gave me no inclination the previous year after completion and sent no email to inform us otherwise.
