Safeway Bakery

We prepaid for a cake to be picked at noon Saturday the 28th of September, & we received a call about 11:00 am that morning to say they did not have our cake ready nor the ingredients to make it. They offered to make a basic cake, which we agreed since we didn’t have any other Options! The cake was horrible with fake cheap frosting, & just tasked like Sugar! It was very Dissatisfying on top of their error after we complained they gave us $10.00 off for the Nasty cake! I felt so bad for my Daughter to have to deal with mess!!! Especially after I suggested this so called Bakery!

Went last week to order a wedding cake the person there couldn't help me so she called a manager, the manager told me to come today 12/15/2021 at 12noon. I left work to go meet with her and she was not in today. Super angry, I won't be purchasing a cake from there. Time is money and if you can't honor your clients get out of the business.
