No one knows what’s going on at this bakery. The employees working have no idea what the bakers do or how to answer questions about ordering a cake. We ordered a custom birthday cake. They not only misspelled the name, but they gave us the unicorn cake that was sitting in the display cake yesterday when we placed the order, but tried to pass it off as a custom cake. We asked for chocolate buttercream— this cake is white. We asked for a CHOCOLATE CAKE. This is yellow cake. We clearly filled out the order form. Why have an order form if you aren’t going to follow it? If you need a special order cake, go somewhere else.
