When we first drove by Saffron, there were barely any cars in the parking lot, I think maybe one. We honestly weren’t sure what to expect. But the second we walked in and smelled the food, everything changed. It smelled absolutely amazing. The restaurant itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Nothing flashy, just a relaxed atmosphere that lets the food be the star. As we were sitting down to dine, a family came in with their kids to eat, which instantly made it feel even more inviting and homey. This is a must-try restaurant that offers a unique fusion of flavors. I was en route to a different restaurant but decided to explore something new. The food truly reflects genuine culinary traditions from these countries. As a vegan, finding delicious and flavorful options can be challenging, but this restaurant exceeds expectations and is worth experiencing.

Saffron was an absolute treat! The sweet tea was amazing! We started with the chicken samosas, and they were packed with flavor, especially when paired with the delicious sauce provided. For our main course, we tried the butter chicken, beef karahi, chicken biryani, and garlic naan. Each dish was rich, with bold spices and cooked to perfection. The butter chicken was creamy and comforting, the beef karahi had a wonderful depth of flavor, and the chicken biryani was aromatic and satisfying. The garlic naan was soft, warm, and the perfect companion to scoop up all that flavorful sauce. If you’re looking for flavor, Saffron will not disappoint. Highly recommended!

Visiting Waco, Texas, and this Restaurant was recommended to us. Boy Does this place hit the spot. Can’t say enough good about the tastes & flavors! You will not be disappointed whatsoever. Food is absolutely terrific and the service was Excellent as well. We like this place so much, we had to come back for a second try having something totally different. The curry is fantastic. Highly highly recommend!

Good clean place, came here for lunch with a friend. Very friendly and the food for tasty and delicious. The server took care of us, was not too invasive but was there when needed. Not like most restaurants where the server is breathing onto your neck. I recommend this place if you like indian or pakistan cuisine. Must try the nuclear naan if you like spicy!!
