Saga Fusion

I had my daughter's birthday at Saga Fusion, all the staff were amazing with us. The manager was very friendly, there was a Brazilian waitress, very polite and kind, the Japanese waitresses were amazing and are beautiful.

We go to Saga frequently and every time it's so damn good. Sushi is fresh & perfectly made, drinks are amazing, and service is super friendly. It's always hard to choose what to get!

I ate at the bar and only had a Dragon Roll, so my experience here is somewhat limited. The Dragon Roll was 75% cucumber. I just simply can't give a restaurant five stars when they put that much cucumber in a roll. It was tasty, but fell apart easily, and it would have been nice to have more ingredients. The service was outstanding. My waiter behind the bar waited on me hand and foot, as well as making a superb lychee martini. I'd like to come back and try some other things from their massive menu.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Was our first time going there and I must say that the staff were quite friendly and very attentive! The sushi was spectacular with great presentation. Crystal the Bartender did a wonderful job with our Green tea Martini :) will most certainly be going back for sure!

I ordered eel n avocado roll, spicy tuna roll, chicken satay and seafood soup. The rolls did not look freshly made upon site and sadly didn’t taste fresh either. I didn’t finish eating them because they both had an after taste and didn’t look appetizing and weren’t appetizing. I was afraid to get sick as they did not look or taste fresh. The chicken satay was basically a hard fried chicken finger on a stick. Not the chicken satay I’m used to. I isn’t never had it dipped in flour and fried.The accompanying peanut dipping sauce was super watery and tasteless. The only good thing was my seafood soup. It was very flavorful with fresh vegetables. Pretty dissatisfied with my meal.
