Saigon Alley AYCE Hotpot really surprised me in the best way. This is an all you can eat Vietnamese hot pot concept, and it genuinely feels like something new compared to the usual AYCE spots around Las Vegas. The flavors lean very Vietnamese and feel intentional rather than generic. The soup bases are solid and well balanced, not overly salty, which makes it easy to enjoy multiple rounds without feeling overwhelmed. The self-serve setup is straightforward and efficient, and I liked having clear options for both fatty and lean cuts of meat. The beef carpaccio was a standout, especially for an AYCE place, and the beef skewers were incredibly tender. The quality of the meat for the price is impressive overall. Seafood selection was also strong, and there were enough vegetarian options that
Been waiting for the opening hypes to settle down a bit and today I decided to go check it out and holy cow. they are amazing! The flavors of the hotpot broth surpassed my expectations! Very authentic and full of flavors! The place has a modern and beautiful vibes. For pricing: There are 3 tiers, everyone at the table must pick the same tier. So, let's say you picked tier 1 ($30), your dining companion(s) can't pick tier 2 ($40) or tier 3 ($60). This is because each tier will have their own meat choices as well as appertizers, so they want to control "sharing" across diff tiers. We opted for tier 1 since we aren't big eaters. Tier 1 has 3 choices of meat and about 12 appetizers plus the buffet bars so that was plenty for us! You tell the waitstaff what tier your want, the broth y
Pleasantly surprised with this hot pot restaurant. We were tempted to try the “foodie version” but we decided to try our first time here with beginner. Wow.. very good. Fresh veggies, fresh seafood, plenty of sauces and sides. Also offer a great drink selection that you can prepare yourself. Will def be back.
Great price point. Nice environment. Great food. My soup base was good. I asked for half the spiciness and it was as requested. Familiar Vietnamese American taste. AYCE even better. Nice datenight.
Very good value for money. All you can eat from the menu, with free flow 🦐shrimps, mussels, clams, squid(so good) and 🥬veggies! We had the Foodie’s menu with all kinds of seafood and wagyu beef’s: 10/10! The 🦞lobster and scallops were very fresh, tender and delicious! 🥩The wagyu beef’s are must try. We also ordered some seafood appetizers including oyster and grilled shrimps. Service was very friendly. We arrived early at 5pm so got seated soon. But it’s better to make a reservation cos there was a big line pretty soon.
