Saigon Garden

We were visiting Fairbanks in August and craving Asian food. The menu items were reasonable priced. The service was good. Our server was friendly. We enjoyed our meal that we went twice during our visit.

When i came to alaska for two weeks,I finally started going to them a few days before I left alaska. They was closed the first week I was there but they opened back up pretty soon and I noticed people going there so I gave it a try. I usually went straight after work cause I worked day shift lol. Overall the food was good,eventhough it may not look like the picture cause of the filters but it comes pretty close to it. I tried four different food items from them plus it was my first time trying Pho. I got the brisket Pho cause reviews said it was the best and they didnt lie. Also the grilled beef was very good also. The salmon was abit smaller than the picture but it was still pretty good too. I would recommend to a friend. Wow! I was lucky to have picked Saigon Garden for a quick dinner tonight. I just wanted a bowl of Pho(soup). I ordered the filet mignon Pho. #2 on the menu. I was completely satisfied. The pho was perfect and came with a plate full of sides to add to the soup. The broth was the best to just sip by the spoonfull. It just warms you up and makes you feel happy inside. Perfect on a cold snowy day. They had some Vietnamese music on in the background. It's a quick vacation on a lunch or dinner break. Thank you Saigon Garden. I'll see you again.

We ordered the Egg roll appetizer, beef pho, and Char Siu sandwich. Owner was super friendly and gave us amazing service. His food tasted amazing, will be coming back very many times in the future!

Family was visiting from Westminster & SJ, CA. We thought the food was decent Vietnamese food for being up in AK. Pho was good. The flavor in the shaken beef/bo lúc lắc was good but the wrong beef cut but that’s probably because it’s hard to get cube beef for shaken beef. Spicy noodle was decent but not the right thick round noodles. Broth flavors were good.
