Saigon Kitchen & Phở

Saigon Kitchen Express has quickly become my go to spot for pho. The broth is rich and aromatic, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the meats and herbs are always fresh and high quality. What really sets them apart is the portion size, you get so much more compared to other pho places in the area, and the flavor is consistently amazing. If you love pho or want to try the best in the area, this place is a must visit!

The staff are very friendly, and the open space has a clean, modern interior. The food is quite good, though not particularly memorable. If you notice a slight gamey or fishy taste in the meat, I recommend asking for some cilantro to add. Perhaps because I recently found an excellent banh mi place, I wouldn’t recommend the banh mi here.

A very standard Vietnamese restaurant. The pho was very good, the flavor of the broth is standout compared to many of the older South sac establishment (which have gone down in quality dramatically) The meat tasted fresh but the beef rib/bone was wanting in flavor. The bun thicn nuong left me wanting, Pho City and Viet Ha still do it better

I've been here twice and definitely coming back my whole family. Khai is a very nice server. Friendly smiley face. ☺️ The pho broth is top notch. So flavorful and fresh. I got the beef bone pho and the meat just falls off the bone and melt in my mouth. The grilled pork plate was also delicious. The side sauce was yummy. The chicken wings were so crisp and tasty. Chefs kiss.

stopped by Saigon Kitchen Express and it was very solid. clean, updated interior and friendly servers. the pho broth was flavorful, beef rib was tender, bone marrow was rich and buttery, and portions were generous. would definitely come back :)
