Saigon Seafood Harbor

Went to this restaurant for lunch on a weekday to try out their dim sum dishes. In general, the food is quite good and there are some choices that I have not seen in other dim sum restaurants. Noise levels are quite high but it is still alright for carrying a conversation. However, the floor to the restrooms etc. can be a bit slippery and may be a safety concern for older people. Also, it is a pity that the Lobster Yee Mee is not available for us to order to celebrate the CNY season.

Incredible dinner! The roast duck is some of the best I’ve had—crispy skin and perfectly seasoned. The Char Siu was melt-in-your-mouth tender. Authentic flavors, generous portions, and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu

For the longest time, I thought that this place was a Vietnamese restaurant because of Saigon, but it's actually in reference to Sai Kung, a district in Hong Kong well known for seafood. Crowds are usually a good sign, and indeed the dim sum is solid. Ingredients are fresh, everything is well made, and flavors are on point. The dim sum carts are well stocked, and you can also order a la carte if you want something specific. Highlights included roast duck (so juicy), turnip cakes (lots of turnip!), lava custard buns (a nice savory take, black sesame paste buns, BBQ pork buns (very fluffy), durian puffs (hard to find and so deliciously crispy), shrimp rice rolls, pan-fried veggie dumplings, and bean curd rolls (love the addition of glass noodles in the stuffing). Absolutely great place for lunch! The food was delicious. We can tell that many of the ingredients were house made. Service was quick. Would definitely come back.

Great food with comforting flavors. The soy-braised tofu with bok choy was tasty and well-seasoned, and the chicken was tender and fresh.
