Never again! My fiod was bland. No seasoning at all! The customer service was horrible. Once we received our food, our waiter/waitress was missing in action. We didn't any refills on our drinks, they never came by to see if we needed napkins, or anything. I asked the cook for teriyaki sauce, he didn't have it on the cart. He stated he would let the waiter know. They never came until they bought our checks. My husband's is a big tipper. For him to not leave a top says alot. I will continue to go to the Wellington location, because downtown location will never get my money again.

If you have a large party and are looking to accommodate this is a great place! Food was great. Staff was extremely friendly and they made us feel welcome!

Do not order here. I called to order food for pick up while I watching the game. After I got through my order, the host says "when you get here come to the desk and ill put your order in" and it will be a 10-15 minute wait once you get here. I said, whats the point of calling ahead if you are going to make me come in and wait for my food? She said "because I have never ordered there before, this is their policy and after a successful order where i have to wait, all future orders will be put in right away". I offered to pay for the food in advance over the phone if they were worried and she said they dont take payment over the phone... You are a hibachi restauarant.., not soho house. I shouldnt need a loyalty membership to order take out. Horrible business and restaurant. Wouldnt order fro

The prices are on the higher side, but reasonable for hibachi. The food tasted fresh, though the flavors were fairly simple and straightforward. The staff and atmosphere were respectful and pleasant. It’s a solid choice if you’ve never experienced hibachi before, but I’m not personally rushing to return

I love the live entertainment. Our chef was very engaged and entertaining. The food was cooked to perfection. I had the chicken. The group I was with had the steak and lobster. Everyone was super satisfied.
