Sakura Japanese Steak, Seafood House & Sushi Bar

I ordered a shrimp and chicken combination. I was very disappointed. I usually dine in, but this time I ordered takeout. The salad was wilted and old. The rice was so dry that I was choking.. for takeout be aware you’re not getting fresh food. A very unsatisfied customer. I have given an Four star for the atmosphere because noone was in the restaurant. 4, stars for service, the hostess was very pleasant.

I went to Sakura to celebrate my aunt’s birthday, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The service was fast, the staff were all so pleasant, and the food absolutely delicious. The hibachi performance added a fun and entertaining touch to the evening, making it even more memorable. The restaurant was also very clean and welcoming. I definitely recommend Sakura for anyone looking to enjoy a flavorful meal in a lively, well-kept setting. We’ll be back!

Last night I came to celebrate my birthday with my family. My mom recommended it because the food is good, and it very much was! I didn't appreciate the service. Our waiter barely greeted us, wasn't really listening, was dismissive, and rude. I understand that we had a full party but it just seemed like he didn't want to wait on us. My mom said she had the same waiter with a worse experience beforehand. She's about giving people chances which is why I returned with her and my family, but I'm about accountability and being fair to patrons. The chef cooked the food well but there was also no particular pride in the performance. Didn't bother me too much but to be honest that's why we came to experience Hibachi. My family has eaten at various Sakura locations for the past two decades. I want to write positively about my experience this past weekend. Even though my party of 4 arrived under an hour before closing, the service was exceptional. Also one of the female waitresses ran out to notify me since I had made a mistake (overpayment) on my bill -- that was such an honest and considerate choice. I look forward to eating at Sakura again!

The steak was so tender. The service was wonderful We were the first ones to come into the restaurant and we were coming for my birthday.
