My wife recommend this place and so we went today. I ordered the Baja Fish Taco and the Skirt Steak tacos based on the recommendation of the Gal behind the counter and My wife ordered the Street Carnitas and the Barroa Taco. We shared an order of guacamole.To be perfectly clear, it was ALL so good, so very very good! But the Fish Taco, for me, was the BEST FISH TACO I have had in this valley for such a long time. There are only a few places I will eat a fish taco in Salt Lake, But my count just increased by one place today and seriously, it was A REVELATION! I love to find a great restaurant early in its run. If you love authentic tacos, but wish they were made by someone who really knows how to cook, this is your place. The folks that own Sol Agave have created this new concept restaurant where you have tacos you’d find in Mexico, but prepared so well, and in an updated Utah-healthy-fast-food style environment. The staff are helpful and friendly, and there’s a fun, musical Latin vibe. I do not know of a better taco place in Utah at the moment.

I have never had a favorite restaurant. Until I ate here. Every bite was incredible. I loved the fresh salsas and tortillas. The chips were warm and fresh. And the tacos were all so good.

Music was a bit loud. Good was a bit amazing. Really awesome tacos. The shrimp was great. Skirt steak great. Chile relleno was good but not as good as the others.

This was our first time here and it was simply amazing! I ordered 5 of their carnitas street tacos and a side of rice. The food presentation and service was wonderful and to top it off they have a habanero beet salsa that was amazing!!! Will definitely come back again! Thank you!
