Sally's Apizza

We ordered rigatoni vodka, fried mozzarella, garlic bread, and three different types of pizza — and wow. We literally scraped every plate clean. Everything was unbelievably delicious. But what made the experience even more special were Alyssa. She is truly the sweetest person ever. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality made our day absolutely perfect. If you want real Italian flavors and an amazing atmosphere, this is the place. Hands down the best. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

First time in Connecticut to visit my sister and this is the first place she took me. I can see why. Pizzas were amazing. The char added so much depth of flavor. And the service was top notch everyone was very friendly. Definitely want to visit two or three more times during my stay.

My wife and I recently went to Sally’s in Stamford before a comedy show at the New York Comedy Club. We got there around 5 p.m. during happy hour, and it wasn’t very crowded, which was great. We grabbed a booth and ordered a few things off the happy hour menu: the calamari, wings, and arancini balls, and everything was fantastic. The calamari was light, crispy, and honestly some of the best I’ve had in a while. For a $6 portion, it was a steal, and the Calabrian chili dipping sauce that came with it was excellent. The wings were big, juicy, spicy, and all flats, which was a nice surprise. The arancini were packed with flavor and melty cheese, paired with a delicious pesto ricotta sauce. Not sure after having had Pizza s all over the world , what the fuss is about this Pizza Joint . 50 minute wait for a table , take out orders take even longer . The pizza was just ok , I did not think the crust was crispy like they say it is , the red sauce was also ok , would I really line up for this again . Ver unlikely . We had a vegetarian and Pepperoni , the portions of 12 inch were large enough and plenty of food for two people .
