Sal's Famous NY Pizza

The Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo I just received through Door Dash was the most horrible looking and tasting dish Ive ever had. The Alfredo was soupy and bland, like all they used was Italian seasoning. The chicken looked like it came out of a can. I WILL NEVER order Alfredo from here ever again. I knew I should have just ordered Paradise, I could have gotten good quality food, and the price for 2 would have been 35 dollars. I spent 30 dollars on food that was completely inedible.

My partner and I decided to try a hole in a wall before leaving Norfolk and decided on here. Being from NY stepping into the place felt very familiar and nostalgic. It also smelled heavenly in there. We got a steak pizza, baked ziti, and meatball and Italian sub. Ziti maybe needed a bit more seasoning. All 3 were tasty and fresh. Even the salad was super fresh and green! For the price you really can't beat it. I'm big on customer service and the woman taking our order was also very pleasant. Just off our short interaction with her made this a 5 instead of a 4. Love me a good mom and pop store. Support your local businesses!!!

It's definitely one of the best pizza places I ever had and everytime I go service is excellent and the guys in their cooking gets a A Plus I always try something different and hasn't let me down thank you Sal's

I was delighted with my order of a large sausage, mushroom, and meatball pizza with extra cheese at Sal’s Pizza. The sauce had a nice blend of a variety of seasonings. The crust was cooked to a nice crisp not too chewy not too crispy. This Pizza location has a huge menu of some of the most exciting Italian favorites. You can also get a slice of Pizza but getting a freshly made whole pizza pie is much better than the slice. The prices are very affordable. The workers are also very friendly. Great place to get a great Pizza pie.
