Salt & Straw in Gilbert, Arizona is hands down one of the most creative and consistently amazing ice cream spots around. This place never misses. The flavors are wild in the best way possible bold, unexpected, and somehow always perfectly balanced. Great ice cream! Since it wasn’t terribly busy on Sunday about 2:00, they let us taste several. The honey lavender was good as well as pear and blue cheese. We settled on our flavors and had three different double scoop orders. We had a Halloween special Jack ‘o lantern pumpkin bread. Another dish with chocolate gooey brownie and strawberry honey balsamic with black pepper. The third dish with a scoop of cinnamon snickerdoodle and salted malted chocolate chip cookie dough. I would have been happy with any of them. The prices are a bit more than other ice cream shops, but the quality was worth the difference. (The photo is the strawberry and brownie.)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My daughter raved about Salt & Straw, so of course I had to “just try one bite.” Big mistake — I was hooked instantly. I went back two days in a row! The brownie and caramel in a waffle cone were unreal — pure happiness in every scoop. My husband (who’s a bodybuilder and never eats this kind of thing) had the coffee flavor, and even he couldn’t resist going back for seconds. It’s dangerously good. I’m half-hoping they open one on my side of Florida… and half-hoping they don’t, because I’d weigh 300 pounds. Worth every bite of heaven. 🍦

Seriously amazing ice cream... S&S doesn't skimp on all of the "good stuff". I come here too often and look forward to the monthly specials. This month however, I (and two others with me on this visit) am not loving the cereal flavors. And this is the first time I'm not excited with the monthly specials. I gave 5 stars because of delicious ice cream and you can taste the quality. There's a vegan flavor coming soon that should be a regular... it has banana bread and strawberry (I believe) coming again in April or May. It tastes like it's made with real cream... but it's vegan (they say).😊 It's the absolute best ice cream!

WOW !!!!! Best ice cream flavors ever!!! I have had a lot of ice cream throughout the years and they are by far the best. We have blue bell ice cream in Texas and this place tops them. The servers there were very very friendly and even if they were not I would still give them 5 stars, that’s how good the ice cream is. Thank you S&S !! God bless you!!!
