Only downfall at this place…they only serve chips and salsa for your side with any entree, so fries, veggies, etc are all a up charge. They also charge extra for bbq and sour cream which really should come with the meals we got. So it’s weird getting a hamburger and having chips and salsa instead of fries. Other than that everything was delicious. The service was great and she was super helpful answering questions for us.

Had the pleasure of having dinner here last night. Something I have been wanting to do as this place was my childhood home. Had the pleasure of meeting Cassie who is the owner and operator. She was very gracious in listening to my stories. She also was clearing tables and serving meals. The food was amazing especially the enchiladas with the Baha sauce. Overall one of the best dining experiences I’ve had recently. Good food and good prices. Very clean and the cocktails were made perfectly.

We had a party of 8. Drinks and food came out in good time. The Bloody Mary drinks were delicious. Taco bowl, delicious. Salads, delicious. The Baja bowl was yummy. We enjoyed our picnic table lunch while others enjoyed the bar area.

Once in a great while you find a place where eveyone knows your name and it feels like your hanging out with family and friends. That is how it feels your first time at Salty Soul Kitchen! The owner Casey is an absolutely amazing, and classy, impressionable, free spirit with the coolest vibe you will ever meet! Now the food is remarkable. The flavor profile of the Costal Steak Taco is unique and gives you more and more to love with every bite. The fresh cilantro and the sauce mixed with the flavor of perfectly cooked shredded steak is so good!! The tuna nachos were also amazing! The Cajun fries are a must! When you visit and I know you will! Ask for these three stellar hits and try the rest! I will return and often becuase this is some of the best food I have had in quite some time!! F

The server and food were great! Everything I ate was delicious and our server was amazing. We made reservations to view the Dunedin Christmas parade. The reservation is $150 and does not go toward your bill, we were told this was for a premium view of the parade. The table was not even on the same street as the parade, and there were plants and fixtures that blocked our view completely. I did try to politely address our concerns (after starting out stating we had no problem paying for the reservation, just wanted to bring up our concerns), but we were met with “I have been organizing this for 6 years and I have never had a complaint” and “Well we will not be refunding your reservation” after, again, I had stated we would gladly pay.
