Sammy’s New York Bagels

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese but received it without any and had to drive back. Instead of taking accountability, they said I wasn’t charged for cream cheese and then charged me more. Poor service and no ownership of their mistake.

We are so disappointed! We've been coming here for years and they have always been so good. Is there a new owner? I'm trying to understand the change. We went in this morning to grab a couple of bagels with cream cheese. In the past I used to have to take some cream cheese out they used to load it up. This time we barely got a smear. We got 2 bagels with cream cheese and a muffin for $11!!!! And this is what we got? The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the bagels themselves are still very good. I could always go in and buy them plain but I don't appreciate getting ripped off.

I had to take the time this morning to write a review on this place. Not only was I charged $ 9.95 for this plain bagel with egg whites,Swiss ,avocado, and home fries but when I got home to eat it , it looked this this!. Sloppy with avocado that looked like it could possibly get you sick. I actually had them banned for over a year because they kept getting my orders wrong but I figured I give the a chance and I was disappointed like always.! I hope the owner sees this and speaks to his workers. I don’t care about the price but at least make you food like if you were the one eating it.

So feel good food place. Mu becon eggs and cheese bagel was amazing. Perfect for a quick bite. I would definitely come back again. I would give it my #fatboyapproved #gorditoapproved
