Customer Reviews
The cafe section customer service is very poor. The staff members I encountered in the cafe were rude. They don’t concentrate on what they do and usually talk while working. Their frozen yogurt servings is unlike other Sam’s club location where they ensure the cup is fully filled. When confronted they were accusatory rather than listening. The feedback section on the phone has been useless. They don’t make any improvements.
They have giant cookie cakes with white icing on top and fancy color around the edge, but they won’t even write Happy Birthday on one for you… so I went elsewhere.
Their cafe is extremely understaffed, always 25+ people waiting to receive orders or place an order and is usually 4 or less people working and they are very tired & stressed out, I don’t think it’s a good work environment especially with customers complaining about orders. Need more staff at cafe please!!!!
