Sam's Club Bakery

The woman working at Sam’s Club bakery in Lewisville, TX on Friday, September 12th, 2025 at 10 am was utterly horrible at her job. I called to place an order for a cookie cake I wanted to write happy birthday on. She was so rude and told me I had to go online to place the order and had no idea what cake I was talking about. Why even have a phone number if you can’t call to place an order?? I’ve never heard of that and have placed 5-6 cake orders on the phone with that bakery so had no idea what she was talking about. It was pure laziness and incompetence. She also then proceeded to scold me for not knowing what design I wanted. Do not go to the Lewisville, TX bakery unless you want to be disrespected and not helped whatsoever.

Tommy has been such a pleasure working with! I ordered 6 cases of frozen cupcakes and this is usually a stressful order, he made it very simple and has given me all of the information without feeling rushed. Thank you Tommy! And Sams club bakery!
