We picked up the cake for Friday, October 24th @noon. The design of the cake, the wrinkle of the picture on the cake, the letters weren't even centered, the cross was TERRIBLY PLACED on the cake and very disrespectful. This cake was definitely rushed! Our family members were very disappointed on the cake for our daughter's baptism party. Please go in advance to check on the cake the day before. They just gave us the cake and left with guilt. This needs to be a refund. I'm sure this is would've not been acceptable at their bakery school.
Called 3 times and hour for 5 hours straight and couldn’t get ahold of them, terrible customer service
